Karen started her career in 1994 with one of the
market leaders in recruitment, she later went on
to work in HR and was Recruitment Manager for
Brann Marketing, here she developed her
extensive experience of delivering creative but
workable recruitment solutions across a range
of companies and industry sectors.

Her project experience includes recruitment
and selection strategies with responsibility for
implementation of new operations, to
implementing preferred supplier lists and
devising long term recruitment strategies that
have enabled companies to both reduce costs
as well as improve efficiencies.

With over 16 years experience in recruitment
and HR Karen has established a reputation for
designing and delivering workable recruitment
solutions that not only break the mould of
traditional recruitment methods but also have
an appreciation for the issues facing companies
today.

of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and

Having started her career in recruitment in 1998,
Jeanette has worked for the some of the leading
names in recruitment. Her experience has been
across a wide range of business sectors.
A career in recruitment enabled her to put her
“people” skills into practice and she quickly
learned how to build long term relationships
with clients and candidates alike.

Her honest and open approach, patience and passion meant that she soon became one of
the top performers in the commercial
recruitment field.

of her career have put her ahead of her rivals.
Jeanette has a strong ability to quickly
understand her clients brief and to identify the
most appropriate recruitment methods for her
clients, to ensure success and long term
